  4. Painful mouth ulcer. Ear on same side.

Painful mouth ulcer
I had a very bad cough n cold i m taking antibiotics fr same..safepodox and sinarest..but i have a mouth ulcer at the very back of my throat on posterior pharyngeal wall..its very painful i m unable to swallow as its paining too much even after two days of strting antibiotic..plz suggest some good pain relief for the ulcer...the pain is very bad and radiating to the ear on same side.

Nice h/o provided Start nutrolin b along with this as also syp gelusil Add folic acid tab and zytee gel for local application
