I noticed traces of blood in my stool 3 weeks back when I suffered from constipation. It went off by itself. Then I am noticing it even now , along with burning sensation post movement of bowels. The burning sensation remains for 4 hrs or so after bowel moment

Avoid dry, hard foods like spriuts raw veggies pulses bhel puri poha roti like..
If bleeding and fatigue have milk or ghee in plain rice by avoiding all other foods..
