My urinary tract is very painful while I am urinating and I spotted some blood There is pain in lower abdomen as well

It can be due to urinary tract infection or stones.. Get an Urinalysis and USG abdomen and pelvis done... Start the following drugs after giving urine for test T. Nifutin 100 mg twice a day T. Rantac 150 mg twice a day Syp. KCIT two teaspoons full in half glass of water thrice a day... Take above medicines for 7 days..
