Hi, I have sharp pains in my lower abdomen while passing urine. I have been prescribed Rado - Q tablets for injured knee. Is this a side effect of the medication or is it something serious?

This can be UTI. Pl. Take tab. Norflox400 mg,1 twice daily.
Syp. Cital 2tsf in a glassful
water three times daily
Plenty of water orally
For five days.
