Painfull knot in my back
I have knots in my leg and back, the main one is just above my butt cheek on right side. When it flares up its hurts bad plus my leg and foot will tingle sometimes go numb.

Looks like sciatica - sciatic nerve is the main nerve supplying your lower back and legs. When it gets pressed or inflammed, it will cause similar symptoms The exact diagnosis however is possible after a through check up
