Painfull white spot
Pain full white dot on side of the tongue from past 2 days it's very painful. Pls help. Is it cancer?

Maybe an ulcer. Apply hexigel or dologel several times a day. Avoid hot and spicy food. Add a bcomplex tablet to your diet. If it does not heal I 7-8 days, consult a doctor

Without seeing it clinically its difficult to predict what lesion is it. But for the time beijg apply dologel and dont spit or drink water for half n hour and then see the results
