Paining ear
She has pain in her left ear. She is not able to sleep properly.when we checked nothing was seen inside ear.she did not have any injury. She has cough since almost past 1 month. She was carrying a small bucket filled of soil while playing, too heavy for her when suddenly complained of ear pain. We thought she is pretending.

As per your description she might have developed acute otitis media in the left ear..give her analgesic syrup for symptomatic relief.. consult with an ENT specialist for opinion..
