Paining in testicles badly.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Iam 28 years old. If I didn't mastrubation for more than 4 days means my testicles is paining badly. And if I made foreplay with my girlfriend then also my testicles paining very bad. Even though I can't able to touch it. It was not first time and this problem persist continuously more than a year... Also my penis is not standing strong for more time and not more than 2 mins.. Iam having erectile dysfunction problem also. Kindly gave me the solution for this. Iam going to get married...
