Those are bumps which are so many on the inner part of tongue near to throat and I dont smoke or drink. So is it normal for the taste buds to swell up. It looks like bumps. Theres no bleeding or pain. Ive been given 5days dosage of Aceclofenac nd paracetamol, Levocetirizine hydrochloride, phenylephrine hydrochloride and Cefpodoxime. We don't filter water before drinking. Is it because of that. Idk what the reason is just tensed that is it oral cncer or something. I searched on google and it said this so I am damn scared. You seem to be having enlargement of lingual tonsils which are normal structures present in the posterior part of tongue. And also circumvillate papillae also can appear as bumps. All these are normal structures and does not require any treatment
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
