Painless patches on Tongue

I got patches on my tongue Their is no pain no bleeding No burning But when i look of my tongue I'm not feeling comfortable What does it leads too Can anyone please help me what it was and what shall i need to do ?? I'm attached my pics of tongue Please help me please
