Painless scrotum bag swelling
My baby is 4 month.while he s crying r straining  his scrotum bag left side got buldge again it go back to normal.starting when he was crying tat buldge was look like abnormal size.nw the buldge has come bt not look like previous abnormal bulge.my paediatrician told that may be hernia.v can't judge nw wt it s. This painless swelling go away on its own.when v can diagnosed whether tis s Hernia or any other problem? Can you plz clarify.thank you.

Mostly it could be inguinal hernia.  Please do a sonography of abdomen.
