Palate tonsil asymmetry and ear pain.

I am having my left one of the lower(palate tonsils) tonsil slightly bigger then other. It also has white spots over it and nearby as well it has white spots. . It's been 3 weeks it isn't growing sometime it has pain. And also ear. But there is no pain while swallowing. No swelling on neck. But i feel something stuck in my left side of the throat. While sleeping or looking down for long time it pains. I have to burp to try and remove it. But I do feel something inside. But again no swelling or any signs of it outside the throat or even while swallowing. I was having acid reflux for 3 months. It's cleared now. I am a smoker. Can it b cancer please help. I am just 25. Please help. I have attached a photo
