I am 23 years old..I noticed that my arch structure inside mouth of both side is slightly different from each other..There is very small palatopharyngeal arch on right side than left side...Is it normal and does it relate to speech...? because I can't pronounce some letters clearly..some air is thrown from my right side of my mouth...

Is this problem a recent onset? should be ruled out unilateral palatal palsy.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and get treated accordingly..
