It is likely due to anxiety and propranolol helps in only few and does not treat the core symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety disorder is commonly due to altered serotonergic system in the mind pathways. Consult an astute psychiatrist either in person or online and seek remedy.Good luck

Hi. I hope you are doing well. The symptoms can be due to anxiety also. Some of the symptoms may also be due to gastritis. A confirmed diagnosis can be made only if you get evaluated in detail. Lifestyle changes, e.g., dietary changes may help you if it is due to gastritis. Some symptoms of anxiety may benefit from a separate treatment. If mild symptoms and the daily functionality is not affected to significant levels you may benefit only from therapy. If moderate to severe symptoms and the daily functionality is greatly affected you will benefit from medicines. Do not start on medications on your own as they may have side effects and controlled dosings are required. Dr Abhishek MD Psychiatry

The symptoms you have described can be attributed to generalized anxiety disorder. And it may need complete evaluation and medications. Kindly consultant psychiatrist offline or you can consult me via online consultation Regards Dr. T. Ramya Consultant Psychiatrist
