Palpitations, Breath Short, Digestion
May be it sound lame but it is worth mentioning that when I had started to give up on the habit of masturbation 5 years ago, since then I have experienced severe issues with painful heart palpitations, shortness of breath and most importantly digestion problems. I have gastric problems 5-6 out of 7 days in a week. It is hard to control when breathing problem starts. Heart palpitations nowadays is little bit easier to control. I have done ECG and LFT twice, Xray once. All came fine. One Pulmonologist told me to examine some kind of allergy bloof test where the unit was between 500 to 600 range. He said I might have a chance to catch allergy rhinitis and prescribed some medicine taking which I was but fine but digestion problem and little bit breathing problems was still there. All these test was done in 2019. But i still facing this issues. Severe digestion problem is my real concern. I neither smoke nor drink. One thing to mention I lead a sedentary lifestyle for a good amount of time.
