Palpitations (hard beatbear or irregular
I am feeling palpitations on my left chest occasionally (5-10 times )in day. I can see my heart beating so hard that I can see it in my stomach and chest. I feel tired on just climbing upstairs to 2nd floor. I have undergone echo as attached. My previous echo shows ER 60% and trace in TR . but new one shows ER 55% and trace in TR and MR. What should do, which doctor to consult. My tmt also came normal.

Your echo reports are grossly normal. You need to go for an Holter monitoring which will explain your palpitations
