Hello Paanchakarma treatment are done on both inpatient and opd basis. First of all consult the authentic Ayurvedic doctor which paanchakarma treatment is needed for you. It is not necessary that all 5 procedures are needed. Now the right season is for basti. Virechan is done in September/October, and vaman is indicated in March and April, nasya and raktamoksha are done as per indication. Many times it is said that all paanchakarma treatment can be done in 15 day's. It is never possible. Each karma has specific time and duration and which is stated in books. Be aware from such things. First of all visit an authentic Ayurvedic doctor first. He will guide you accordingly regarding food and schedule. Don't decide your self what is needed to you.
