Upper abdominal pain with ct scan- bulky pancreas suggestive of mild pancreatitis though your amylase and lipase were normal. This has to be confirmed by further investigations and identify the cause so that we can prevent further  attack which may be severe. Consult a surgical gastroenterologist nearby.
