I am suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since 2 years and i visit the doctor last year and i have consulted with him for more than 5 times but after getting relief from the medicines. I stopped going there and after couple of months, same problems came back and started taking last prescribed medicines.
1) Rejunex CD3
2) Modalert 100mg
3) Etizola plus 10
4) Stalopam lite
I am getting relief from above medicines from last year but i couldn't continue it for long.
I want to get rid of medicines because if i stop taking those for a week then problem comes again.
So kindly suggest what should i do in that case?

Don't stop the medications as soon as u feel better ... Proper course has to followed and once u r stable ... Meditations shud b tapered gradually and then stopped ... otherwise there Will b recurrence of symptoms
