Hi Doc, After a long use of medication, escitalopram 10 and sos clonazepam 0.25. Last month i decide not to take medicine anymore. Its been a month and a more i quit a med. Sincelast three days im suffering from panic attack, chest burn, fatigue and headaceand most fearful im feeling everything strange, even i found strange to my own voice, feeling detached to normal things,  when i lay down and closed eyes i feel like  some one is gossiping around my head which give me intense fear and makes me more anxious also fear of losing control. I consult with my doc, through mail he replied as my medicine intake is not related with the ongoing problem Its the withdrawal effect and advice me not to restart med again till withdrawal effect settle. I dnt knw what to o now??
