Hello practo user I can understand the situation that you and your partner are currently facing . Panic attacks can be caused due to multiple stressors in life personal or professional or negative thoughts about events in life. You can try and ask her to practice deep breathing and meditation as doing it regularly calms the body and mind , try and engage in activities with her which will be enjoyable and help her deviate her mind from her thoughts. You can also try and tell her to maintain a thought journal in which she can write about daily situations which can be the triggers to her issues . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment for your partner by providing healthy coping skills and techniques . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist

Please consult with a psychologist to check the extent of depression she has, and to see if she will need medications. If not then, the psychologist can help her get out of the depressed state through different therapy methods , with time.
