Panic attacks
I am suffering from panic attacks since 1 year when they come I feels so much trouble and heart beats faster and nausea coming ,tiredness, weakness coming wt can I do is that is a serious problem? I am thinking more about my heart wt can I do that time my heart rate is 90 to 100

The description does appear like a typical panic attack with significant symptoms. When these episodes are quite frequent ( atleast 1 to 2 times per week) and debilitating, definitely it needs treatment. It can be treated with medications and counselling. Before that a detailed history and ruling out any other physical conditions, other anxiety disorders and  phobias .
