Papillae growth
I have enlarged papilae,one on the right side and two on the left,i sometimes have mild earpain,i consulted a dentist she told the ear pain is due to third molar which is coming,i also feel burning sensation in the tongue in the night.

Hi .. get an X-ray done.. so u can find out it’s really due to 3 molar.. by d details above I feel . U have to take once opinion from ent

You can get an X-ray done to check the position of the third molar to see if it is impacted. If that is the case it may need extraction
