Paracetamol dose
Hello doctors! What's the minimum gap between two doses of calpol for babies. My baby boy age is 9 months. Weight 8.3. I gave him paracetamol at 8 pm now fever came again. 100.7. should I repeat the dose?

Hi .. minimum gap should be 4-5 hours at least and dose 15mg/kg ! If u had given around 8:00 pm , may give now ! And make sure your child is comfortable at room temp, should not be over covered with cloths (which may increase body temperature)

Minimum gap should be more than 4 hours .
Syp paracetamol (120) 4 ml.
