Paracetamol drops or Paracetamol tablet
Hi.. After vaccine can we use paracetamol tablet for 3months 23days baby girl..? In government hospitals they are giving tablets for babies to relieve pain and fever after vaccine. So which is the correct option either Paracetamol drops or Paracetamol tablet for 3months above girl. In same day can we use parallel paracetamol tablet and drops for baby? Please suggest me and do needful..

Hello, you can use Paracetamol drops around 0.5 ml that can be repeated 6 hourly as needed
