I recently did a MRI scan and found that the report wrote there's a small paraovarian cyst In the diagnosis. What is paraovarian cyst and should I be concern?

Paratubal cysts (PTCs) (also known as paraovarian cysts) are epithelium-lined fluid-filled cysts in the adnexa adjacent to the fallopian tube and ovary. The terms are used interchangeably. Most cysts are small and asymptomatic.Typical sizes reported are 1 to 8 cm in diameter
