My father is 56 yrs. he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 5 yrs ago. He feels low, as he is unable to do his work with the pace he used to. He need our help to get ready for office, he is not able to speak properly in front of his clients, he feels bad.From last 15-20 days, he is not able to sleep at night, making him tired for all day long.

I understand your concern. Depression is the one of the common comorbid problems along with parkinsons and your father seems to be suffering from it. More clarity is needed regarding his problem. Information regarding his hunger and concentration at whatever he does would also be more helpful to decide on severity of the condition. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and his quality of life will improve.
