Hello doctor
I am suffering from infection in my right hand thumb nail. It's swollen and paining a lot. I consulted a nearby doctor yesterday. He prescribed me 'megapen 500' capsule with dolo 650. I am a breastfeeding mother. Feeding my 19 months old kid. He asked me to feed my kid only after two hours of taking 'megapen 500'. But little scared as we won't be able to visit doctor often during this pandemic time. Please I need ur opinion. Can I take those tablets?

Depends on the severity of nail bed infection. In case it is mild the infection will be controlled by antibiotics and u will not be needed to go again n again.
In case pus is pointing somewhere you will need a drainage of pus to relieve of symptoms.
