Parotid gland slightly swollen left side
Hello dr..greetings  Myself Sridhar,30 years male  Past 5-6 years ago,I was accidently got hit to my parotid gland left side (near Ear,jaw, cheek region)while I was playing on of my accidently hit my cheek area...for few days I felt my felt ear was clogged,blocked,was not able to hear properly ...after few days I was able to hear ...but I have ear pain,noise sensitivity,facial pain,left side head pain,left side electric shock sensation,left side vision blur,pulled sensation at my left eye temple area n tightness on left face area when I smile,I can't smile fully due to it...tear production is less on eye side eye...left neck is tight, 1) Eye examation is normal 2)Dental examation is normal Visited Neurologist n neurosurgeon.had MRI of brain..which is normal ... Neurosurgeon said everything is normal ,jaw x-ray is normal,cervical spine c4,c5,c6,c7 shows loss of cervical curve ... My eye doctors said it's not jaw issue,its Parotid gland..n prescribed CERPODOMIX tablets...but no improvem

You seem to be suffering from left temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction. You may need to consult maxillofacial surgeon for proper treatment. It's unlikely to be parotid gland related issue. Only differential diagnosis is trigeminal neuralgia
