Partial PVD and excercises
Hi, after seeing floaters, the doctor said that there's partial PVD and cautioned me about lifting and excercise. Although the first floater appeared in January, there are now gel like features and squiggly lines. What sort of excercises can I do to stay fit? I have gained weight which is leading to other problems. Please suggested. What's the PVD completion period since it's been almost 11 months since first floater appeared.

Hi..it has been a long time from PVD as per you. You can do all exercises...if you want to be cautious,  can do a retina check up. If the floaters increase suddenly or u get flashes of light ..see your doctor .
