Partial shoulder dislocation
I had shoulder injury playing basketball a year ago. My shoulder kept partially dislocating sometimes and my doctor ordered for a mri scan and he asked for 6 months rest. Now It keeps coming back again and again and my doctor asked for another mri scan. This time after the mri the radiologist insisted on a ct scan as well. I am scared as if he saw something bad in the mri and that's why he asked for a ct as well

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

There is no point repeating MRI. Problems are clearly visible on x-ray and MRI. You may need surgery to stabilise a unstable shoulder.
Next Steps
share x-rays and MRI
