This may be a because of injury, nothing to worry it may disappear in few days, observe for symptoms if increases, like pain or swelling then consult doctor

It can be contusion or a hit which went un noticed , u can apply hot fomentation and take tab chymoral forte 2 times a day for 3 days

Color discoloration history isn't sufficient
Mostly looks like a injury causing bruise!
If severe pain, can take tab enzoflam 1-1-1 x 3 days
Hot water bag fomentation will help you out further
If severe pain/fever can consult your doctor in person
