Patch on my tongue
Dear sir please find attached pic and tell me what infection is in my tongue. It spread day by day. Please prescribe some medicine for this. I am doing brush 2 times and also use Colgate mouth wash and I am tuberculosis patient I have abdominal tuberculosis.

The picture is not very clear, however since you have history of Tuberculosis, you must get a biopsy done for this ulcer in case it is more than 15 days old, and not getting healed by general treatment.

Ulcers on tongue have numerous reasons, so in case the basic Rexidine gel/ betadine gargle and vit C does not have any effect even after 2 weeks, you must, MUST consult your pulmonologist and oral surgeon for URGENT BIOPSY.

I went through your query and attached image.
Its a Tubercular Ulcer in your left lateral side of your tongue.
Treatment is same as for abdominal tuberculosis no separate medications needed.
4 drug regime
( isoniazide,rifampicin,pyrazinamide,
ethambutol)
If there is burning sensation apply
- Rexidine M Forte Gel.
No other medications needed.
