First of all don't worry so much..as I always tell my patients hurt does not equal to harm..start doing some corrective exercises..managing your running load is extremely important..
Next Steps
start hip bridging exercise, clam exercise on sidelying..you can use foam roller to release tight fascia (ITB)..
