Patellar Tendonitis
I’ve been having patellar tendonitis for months now and a physical therapist told me to ice it after each practice I have and take Advil every morning and night but it hasn’t gotten better. Will it heal by itself? Or is it more serious? And need more attention?

The advice is correct but ..if pain is still bothering you you may need to take Ultrasound therapy and ask for Patellar Tapeing which will help you to recover faster

avoid Up/Down Ramp/Slopes ,Avoid Sittijg on the floor ..all these restrictions are only till you get relief once you are ok with pain you can resume all these activities
