Pathological myopia
4 years back doctor told to my brother that he had pathological myopia..his eye power is -16.by using lence he had no problem.but for the past 2 years he feels that there is change in power. Here doctors can't tell what is the exact problem he is facing?.kindly tell what happened to him and suggest any doctor and hospital,who can diagnose and give the solution.
History- during 10 th exam,water was running from his eyes.doctor did operation at that time.after that he felt decrease in eye sight after that.

He has pathological myopia.
Retinal detachment surgery already done
Vision is blur probably due to retinal changes. There is no description of retina in these reports.
Kindly share his OCT reports so that i may guide you better

This much high myopia might be pathological.
Please get a detailed fundus examination done .
Please get your oct,corneal topography and indirect ophthalmoscopy done .this record will be helpful in evaluation in future.
