First of all please stop using tooth pik.... that's a wrong practice .... use either floss or interdental brushes to remove any food lodgment.... Secondly for sure u have a cavity in ur tooth that's y u feeling hot nd cold sensitivity ... Consult a dentist.... if u have cavities please get them filled nd ur problem Ll b taken care
