Knee has to mobilised as soon as possible, apart from this all the muscles right from core to foot has to be released as after prolonged phase of immobilization they tend to become tightened.
You can start with knee isometric n than slowly progress to dynamic resistive exercises provided the ACL n PCL are intact now
