PCO - not ovulating naturally
I have PCOD and because of which my doctor has put me on different medicine as I was not getting my periods. I have tried regestrone, crinaNCR and strone ( tried almost for a year) but my periods are not lasting for more than 2 days and the blood flow is low (one normal pad a day). She has ask me to go for TBPCR endometrium test. Can you suggest what could be the reason that I am not ovulating naturally and periods are not normal even after medication

Well I think you are talking about pcos...are you overweight? Or have suddenly gained weight...I would first suggest you to loose weight..do a minimum of 30-45 min of exercise.. be it walking...then include more of raw vegetables in your diet...secondly you also need ocps to regularise your periods..then also need metformin as it will help in peripheral utilisation of glucose as well loss of weight.  Please meet a gynaecologist...thank you
