Hi doc ..i m suffering frm pcod.trying to conceive frm last 5 years .i have been taking metformin frm last 5 years

PCOD is a lifestyle disorder. Along with metformin you need to make lifestyle modifications like exercises and weight loss. But as you have been trying for 5 yrs other factors like tubal factor and male factor also needs to be ruled out.

Hi there. What's the status of your fallopian tubes? And your husband's semen analysis. What your weight? And AMH  levels?? Please consult a good infertility expert. Try losing weight if it's more than your recommended limit. Don't waste your time. 5 years is a pretty good interval!!

Kindly evaluate properly about the cause of infertility... Register yourself with fertility expert... Dont be scary about IVF... Discuss the things, ways about newer modality of treatment with your doctor,... If you are over wt then decrease by 5-10%it will definitely increase the chances of pregnancy
