PCOD, how long to take tab? Pls suggest
Hello Doctor,
I am 26 years old, female,Ht:165, wt: 61.2kg, married 6months ago.I've been having irregular periods for past few years on and off. Met doctor for trying to conceive. My hormone test on day 2 of periods showed : TSH: 4.69, AMH:7.41, FSH:4.78, LH:4.75, PRL:17.56, FBS:93.ultrasound show both ovaries with multiple small follicles of 3-4mm.Doctor prescribed me with Elthoxin 25mg 1-0-0 BF,APCOD OBIS 1-0-1 AF,Metformin 850mg 0-0-1 AF, Fopymin Act 1-0-0.

You have to take these tablets for around 6 months. These can be continued in pregnancy. If you conceive in meantime, your doctor will change the medication
