Irregular periods and cysts . I had been taking Krimson 35 for a year and now I got to know that am too young to take those tablets .

See for younger girls pcod is now common.  It can be two types thin and fatty. If yr bmi is more than 25 then reduce yr weight.  U can take crimson 35 but i will advice u non hormonal treatment like gonadil and rediva plain for 6 month.
