Follow healthy lifestyle take healthy balanced diet avoid oily sugary food,eat green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits do regular excercises,brisk walk for 40 minutes, practice yoga, avoid stress, you need evaluation for endometrioma

Hi dear, Pcos is a hormonal problem but yes it depends on lifestyle as well. Start doing exercise and brisk walk for minimum 30 -45 min in a day. Cut down junk and fried food. You need to maintain ur weight according to ur height ,since its not mentioned , i cannot comment on it. Maintain your menstrual calender.

Take PCOD diet Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns daily Take methi seeds soak up in water over night and take next morning Take lots of water and 3 fruits of choice
