I have pcos.... i taking apcod and hynoonid.. i saw 1 dark brown spots on 13 day of cycle does that mean egg is ruputred and i can concieve or is it anything serious.. and what does ruputerd egg in pcos mean

Since you are taking treatment confirmation of ovulation is done by sonography- ovulation study. Egg don't rupture, follicle rupture. If you have intercourse during this time you may get pregnant.
