My doctor said that I have pcos more in my right ovary than left one. I'm undergoing fertility treatment for the last one year and in most induced cycles dominant follicle from my right ovary didn't help me to get pregnant and once egg from left ovary resulted in chemical pregnancy. Does this means that I have a blocked right tube ?

Not really, but if you have been under treatment since one year and still not conceived it is time for you to change the way you were doing things. You need to be prescribed a tube test and then proceed accordingly. PCOS is one of the best treatable diseases. So do not worry about that. Kindly contact me on Docon app if you need further guidance

Sometimes follicles from Polycystic ovaries are not good due to increase androgenic miles of right ovary. A good egg only gets fertilised to give biochemical or clinical pregnancy.
