Hi Dr i had PCOS problem Since 3 years. 5 months Before i had consult the Dr She told me to Reduce weight now i had loose 9 kgs Weight .now want to know can i get pregnant

You can definitely become pregnant to pcos..yes definitely you need to loose weight as it will automatically settle your hormonal imbalance...you need to bring about diet modifications... exercise regularly...you may also require metformin if there is less glycemic control and also ocps to regularise your periods...thank youHello.. Well I think you are talking about pcos...are you overweight? Or have suddenly gained weight...I would first suggest you to loose weight..do a minimum of 30-45 min of exercise.. be it walking...then include more of raw vegetables in your diet...secondly you also need ocps to regularise your periods..then also need metformin as it will help in peripheral utilisation of glucose as well loss of weight.  Please meet a gynaecologist...thank you
