I am a 32 year old woman. I got married 10 months ago. Since then I have had two miscarriages, both in the first trimester. A pelvic ultrasound has diagnosed me with PCOS. My ovary size as per a USG lower abdomen (TVS) is as follows: right ovary 30.2x14.6x29.8mm, vol 6.9 cc Left ovary 31.5x18.3x29.5 mm, vol 8.9cc. I am having bit extra hair growth since childhood & undergone TB medication 2 yrs back
Do I need to undergo medical treatment for my condition or can it be cured by lifestyle changes?
