PCOS, Pregnancy, and ECP

Hello, I suffer from PCOS and my period had just ended Tuesday last week. My boyfriend and I had sex the week after my period ended (Wednesday) but the condom broke and so I took emergency contraceptive pills a few hours later. Then it happened again today which is Friday and I'm just really worried whether this would cause me to get pregnant. Should I take the ecp again? How do I know it worked? Does me having PCOS/ having ended my period decrease the chances of me being pregnant?
