  4. Pcos problem. Please help me with it.

I have been on krimson 35 for six months earlier again after stopping i didn't get my periods then I was asked to again use krimson 35 for six more months I have used till July 2019 till October 2019 my cycle was normal again from November I didn't receive periods till date .Daily i take one glass of ragi malt mixed with  buttermilk doctor said that I have little thyroid but didn't give any medicine for it now I have a doubt whether taking ragi daily cause more thyroid problem or what might be the reason for not getting periods from two months . please help me with it . Thanks in advance
