PCOS, Spotting
I have been spotting since a month now. I have not been sexually active for the last 4 months so this cannot be implantation bleeding/miscarriage. Any advice on what this is? And how do I stop it?

It may be due to PCOS. You need to get yourself tested for your hormonal tests to check imbalance and correct it.
